Bulls sign Ex-Bristol City youth & Guernsey player Tobin!

Jersey Bulls FC sign Frank Tobin, the defender is the latest player to join the talented squad.

Having cut his teeth in the youth system of Bristol City FC until being let go at aged 16, Frank Tobin has gone on to play step 4 football for Guernsey FC and now living and working in Jersey, the Bulls are delighted to have the opportunity to welcome Frank into the fold.

Working for PWC Tobin had the opportunity to move from Guernsey to Jersey and felt it was a straightforward decision having close connections on the island.

The Bristol native comes from a footballing family with his brother also having played for Guernsey. Tobin is a pacey defender and has the ability to interchange defensive and midfield positions as required.

Gary Freeman stated in an exclusive interview “It’s been hard to keep this a secret. He (Tobin) joined us tonight for training and it looks like he’s going to fit in well“.

Tobin added “Now I’m living in Jersey I am delighted to join the Jersey Bulls and be part of their journey. I share the clubs’ ambition to progress in the EFL. I’m very much looking forward to getting my first game for the Bulls.

The Jersey Bulls next match is scheduled to be 15th January against Croydon Athletic FC.
